Please find below our terms and conditions in regards to certain aspects of our photography
Studio Sessions
Studio sessions are confirmed only upon receiving full payment. They may be postponed upon your request, leaving no less than 24 hours' notice. If less notice is given, you will lose your session fee.
The time booked is the time the session will start from. We advise that you arrive 5 minutes early to take full advantage of your photo shoot. If after 15 minutes you have not arrived, your session will be cancelled and your fee will be lost.
Gift Vouchers
The same conditions above apply to pre-paid vouchers.
Album and Storybook Designs
The price given at the time of ordering your wedding album or storybook includes VAT at the current rate, delivery to us at the studio and up to three design proofs. Additional proofs are chargeable at £50 each. As all of our Albums and Storybooks are bespoke, nothing is ordered without a 50% deposit.
Complex editing is not included in the price. This includes head swaps and removing members of the wedding party (should you wish!). A quote will be given before any work is undertaken.
Location Photography
Travel is charged at half the commercial hourly rate. All prices for location and commercial photography are plus VAT. If an hourly rate is applicable then this is charged to include set up and set down time. We charge by the full hour. Please be aware of this. If your shoot is one hour 20 minutes, we invoice for 2 hours.
General Notes
We are able to provide a next day editing and proofing service. This is chargeable at £50 plus VAT and will be added to your bill, should you require this premium service.
Head swaps are possible, but are chargeable. Our minimum charge for such work is £20.
All images, unless otherwise agreed, remain the property of Andy Cross Photographer. They may not be scanned, copied or reproduced in any way under the copyright laws of 1998. Full copyright for any image starts from £50, depending on the end use of the image.
Late payments will be chargeable at + 10% of the invoice total. To avoid this, please pay within 60 days.
